Magic.... He knew it, he knew that magic was powerful and he learned it when, at seven years old, despite all difficulties, his parents gave him Silvan’s magic box n.2. He cared about that box full of extraordinary things no less than caring of a sister, of a loved one: he could have never imagined that that box would have accompanied him to its end. Van Denon was born like so many magicians, devoting himself to the passion for magic and for magic tricks since he was a child. Passion comes and goes, changes direction, you find it around the corner, waiting for you for a while to go a little of your way together. Thus, happened to him. In 1986 he finally joined the Italian Magic Club and knew the great Alberto Sitta. In 1988 he laid the foundations for the Van Denon Magic Flash. In 1990 he won the silver wand and participated in the world Championships in Lausanne. After the world Championship, he decided to take a break to clarify in which direction his artistic career was going. Attracted to singing, like his father, in a few years he became an excellent heavy metal singer, refining his technique by the teacher of Axl Roses and continuing his work. But his true passion returns like the tide. And like the tide, his working career grows up and leads him to reluctantly become a company manager! A talented company manager, chosen for his qualities. When he was offered the running of an ailing company he answered: -Ok, challenge accepted but please remember that I will become an illusionist...- and this always provoked hilarity to the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, in two years the company turned back as clean as a whistle... -I will become an illusionist- He said, and all laughing.... They did not understand that a simple passion was becoming a true Vocation! Yes, it was an overwhelming call to tie your hopes and dreams to! And fate played him another surprise .... Nicole. She replied to an ad in the newspaper saying... – Assistant for illusionist needed, good-looking, dancing skills and driving license are required. Who can answer to a similar ad? Nicole answered, with her twenties and with the unconsciousness to pursue a career completely full of question marks. But those things were fascinating her. Her qualities and her stubbornness led her winning the auditions amongst 21 candidates and from that day on she never missed any rehearsal, even if each time she had to go for more than 100 km. She was always present, even when it was snowing! One day in the distant 1996, Van Denon and Nicole together, they definitively left their jobs to fully experience their great adventure. Today Van Denon and Nicole are one of the most important couples in the Italian and international magic scene. Appearing as guests in a huge number of television programs on national and foreign channels, in major events in important theatres in Europe, in international gala, cruise ships and casinos, they performed in front of audiences from all over the world, always obtaining great success.
